Terms of Service for Uploading Content

By uploading content, you grant AniMol a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, perform, publicly display, or prepare derivative works of the contents of the files you upload.

AniMol will release your content to be publically available under the CC0 1.0 Universal (CC0 1.0) Public Domain Dedication. Thus, should the previous license not suffice, you waive the necessary rights and grant AniMol the necessary license to do so.

You may not upload anything that does not comply with the law or infringes on anyone else's intellectual property or proprietary rights.

We reserve the right to remove any content at any time. The purpose of this reservation is to allow us to remove content we believe is in breach of this agreement or may cause harm to AniMol, our users, the University of Warwick, or third parties.

We reserve the right to alter or discontinue the service, or any part of it, without providing notice, in order to make performance or security improvements, change functionality and features, make changes to comply with law, or prevent illegal activities on or abuse of our systems.

If, upon you not complying with this agreement, we do not take immediate action to enforce our rights, that does not mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as the right to take action in the future).

We may modify this agreement, however changes will only apply going forward. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should avoid uploading any further content and discontinue your use of the service.

If a particular term of this agreement is not enforceable for any reason, this will not affect any other terms.

We reserve the right to transfer all of part of this agreement to third parties.
